Winter
February is winter break time and fastelavn season (Shrovetide) and DAC is filled with architectural experiences and fun activities for families.

In week 7 and 8 (February 10–25), you can enjoy an exciting program of activities. Explore the thought-provoking exhibition Water is Coming and visit our newest exhibition Nanna Ditzel: Breaking Free, which focuses on freedom and movement. Bring the children to So Danish! to learn how Danish architecture has evolved from the Viking Age to today. Kids can also come play in our LEGO Workshop or try their decorating skills in our fastelavn workshop, where we’ll be making classic Danish fastelavnsris.
So Danish!
The exhibition unfolds the history of Danish architecture from the Viking Age to present day and gives you the opportunity to travel into the architecture and understand how absolutely vital it is to our democratic society.

Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow
You probably know the feeling of sitting in the city, watching people pass by. Maybe you make up stories, imagining who they are and where they’re going.
