Our chefs focus on seasonal ingredients, organic produce, animal welfare, and sustainability, which is why you don’t select from fixed menus.**
Lunch is served as a buffet.
* For events in the Hall with up to 105 participants, lunch is served as a standing buffet. We serve simple and elegant Nordic dishes with inspiration from around the world, prepared with local ingredients. The varied menu offers delights for both vegetarians and meat lovers. Bread is always included, along with either a selection of cheeses or something sweet.
* For events in the Hall with 106–210 participants, lunch is served as a standing sandwich buffet with salad, plus either cheese or cake. We serve a variety of sandwiches made with roasted wholegrain rye bread, filled with delicious cold cuts and fresh vegetables. The focus is on quality and sustainable food production, using as many local ingredients as possible. Options are available for meat eaters, pescatarians, vegetarians, and vegans. Gluten-free alternatives are also available.
