Our chefs focus on seasonal ingredients, organic produce, animal welfare, and sustainability in their preparations, which is why we do not offer fixed menus**.
Lunch is served as a buffet.
*For events in Salen with up to 105 guests, a standing lunch buffet is served. We offer simple and elegant Nordic dishes with inspiration from around the world, prepared using local ingredients. Our varied menu includes options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. Bread is always available on the buffet, along with a selection of either cheese or something sweet.
*For events in Salen with 106–210 guests, a standing sandwich buffet is served with a salad and either cheese or dessert. We offer a variety of sandwiches made with delicious roasted whole-grain rye bread, filled with high-quality cold cuts and vegetables, with a focus on sustainable food production. The menu is composed as much as possible with local ingredients and caters to meat-eaters, pescatarians, vegetarians, and vegans. Gluten-free alternatives are also available.
