Practical information before your tour

How do I get our group tour tickets?

No tickets are required for group tours, but please bring your group contract with you on the day of the tour to check in your group. Your DAC Guide will meet the group at DAC or the tour’s pre-arranged starting point. Your contract also serves as entrance to DAC’s exhibitions on the day of your tour.

What time should our group arrive?

We suggest arriving and meeting your DAC Guide at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour departure.

Where does our Harbor Tour by Boat dock along Copenhagen’s harbor?

Because your group tour also includes free entrance to DAC’s exhibitions, we typically start and end our harbor tours from the dock closest to DAC’s Headquarters, on the south side of our building, adjacent to Langebro (Long Bridge) at Christians Brygge 31, Copenhagen. We also have access to docks located along Copenhagen’s harbor and with prior arrangement our DAC Guide and boat partner can start or end at another location that best fits your needs. Is transport included in group tours?

In general, no. Groups are responsible for arranging their own transport to the meeting point for the tour and for onward travel once the tour ends.

If the group wishes, DAC can arrange bicycles for guided bike tours.

For group boat tours, the boat is included in the price.

Is admission to DAC exhibitions included in my group tour pricing?

Yes! All private group tours – anywhere in the city – include entrance to DAC’s exhibitions on the day of your tour. Groups must come together and bring along a copy of the tour contract for admission.

In what languages are group tours available?

We offer all tours in both English and Danish. And if your group has your own interpreter, our Guides can work with them for simultaneous translation.
