Collection of Personal Data

We will always inform you before, or at the time of, requesting personal data.

We only collect and process personal data when we have a valid legal basis—either your consent or another lawful basis—and we do not process personal data for purposes other than those for which it was collected.

When you use our services (e.g., our website, social media, app, or newsletter), you accept that we process your personal data as described in this policy.

Information for the delivery of goods and services

When purchasing a ticket or membership on our website, you will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, and email. We use this information to deliver your goods or services and to inform you of any changes (e.g., if an event is postponed). Our forms indicate whether providing personal data is mandatory or optional.

Information on purchases and delivery

We record personal data in connection with the purchase and delivery of goods and services to identify you as a user, register your purchases and payments, and deliver services you have requested (such as sending newsletters).

Information about your online behaviour

We collect information about your behaviour when you visit our website or use our app, such as which pages you view, in what order, and where you click. This helps us provide relevant recommendations, messages, and advertisements on social media, and optimise our platforms. This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 3, Cookies).

Images

We process personal data in the form of images using our Digital Asset Management system (Kontainer), which stores situational photos from exhibitions and events, as well as professional images featuring models. Images may contain metadata such as descriptions, roles, names, location, timestamps, and technical details. This data is used to locate relevant images for marketing, social media, press releases, newsletters, and other communications.

App data

The DAC app uses location data to enable the “Explore Mode” feature, allowing you to discover nearby architecture and buildings of interest.
